Deborah Jones is a coach and change consultant. She specialises in developing strategic change programmes designed to support transformation and innovation.

Consulting assignments with financial services, retail, telco and advisory services clients have led her to design development centres for high potential leaders using experiential and action-learning techniques, as well as programmes to improve communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams.

Deborah has first hand experience of how an organisation’s culture impacts entrepreneurial capability amongst leaders, team productivity, the success of change programmes, as well as impacting the bottom line.

Prior to becoming a consultant Deborah spent 10 years in the Financial Services Industry leading new product development and innovation and launching several new start up businesses and products in both the UK and mainland Europe.

She has been trained as a coach by Results Coaching Systems and holds a Masters degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change from HEC, Paris and Oxford University, for which she evaluated the role of leadership behaviours and corporate values on cultural change within a major European bank.
